Hello, in Virtuemart 3 miniatures images products show with background black color. Some solution?

Try to use png files, is a better alternative for transparency.
Or to fix this manually, create the thumb image yourself and upload it.
My problem is that i have hundreds of resized gif thumbnails with black background.
Someone found a way to fix this for Virtuemart 2:

use original image and a tool on your computer to resize your gif that can handle transparent colors.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_image_viewers for some apps. eg irfanView should work and can batch process a full folder.
