really this bug not work in IE 11 / IE 10
~when i have old tables trash SQL (same products) in #__products ` sql table

Simply go to virtuemart and create product_name set name1, click Save product
i have message - 'Saved' , but i no see product in clean list... =>
next when i clean table #__products i see product with name1 in vm products list manager
and wrong products you can see in vm excel like manager
I am sorry, it is hard to understand you. Did you try with standard english? Maybe there is a problem with the cyrillic. When there is a post at stackoverflow you wanna talk about, please post the link.
