If the order is Confirmed immediately after order placement i.e. when the user lands in Order Done Page (like PayPal, standard payment, Authorize.net etc) the it will be automatically tracked by the plugin.
VMuikit's Klarna (KCO) too?

We have not tested the plugin using VMuikit's Klarna. If it follows standard VirtueMart's payment plugin system then it should work without any problem.

VP Conversion Tracking plugin sends item details if the tracking system supports the same. It can send item wise ecommerce order tracking details to Google Analytics and Facebook.
Google Adwords's order conversion snippet does not have any option to capture item details in their snippets. It only accepts total order value. Refer to the Google documentation to learn more - https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6095821?hl=en
