Title: Orders the red + sign, what does this mean? Is something going wrong?

Hello,

I have a webshop with joomla 2.5.28/vm2.6.18 but also in my earlier vm versions at the orders there some orders with a red plus sign and some of them not.
The cosequence of this is, the orders with the red sign a e-mail is not send to seller, so if he is not looking in joomla/virtuemart, he is not aware if something is ordered.
It has I think nothing todo with the payment method. I have installed iDeal, VISA, Maestro and paypal.

Does anybody have idea what the problem can be or why should it be used for? (Yeh, except force creating a invoice) See my attachement, this makes it more clear what I mean.

simply means the invoice hasn't yet been created... did u read the tooltip?

Yes, I have read the tooltip.

But the thing, why is that happening? What can be the reason of this?

My customer is doubting if everything is working correct, because what I already said, when this is happening, there is not a invoice mail send to the shop seller (= customer = webshop owner).
So he is not aware of it, that someone has bought something.
It is also not consequent. Sometimes the invoice is created and sometimes not.

Again the question what can be the reason? What can I do?

I really don't know what your asking?

have you configured when a pdf invoice is created?  Many shops don't bother with it at all .. the email suffices..

this has nothing to do with emails.. they are sent depending on your config when the payment process has confirmed the sale

if the invoice is generated and/or sent is configurable

have you configured in the admin and/or payment plugin statuses and emails etc?

Check the status of each order. Maybe they are still Pending, in which case no email/invoice should be sent. If this is the case, your payment plugin settings may require attention.
