After updating VM 3.0.9.4 to 3.0.10 existing coupons became invisible.
I think it's the (new) option: Vendor.
In VM 3.0.9.4 this option wasn't there.
In the existing coupons this is set as nothing (virtuemart_vendor_id was 0 in the database).
After setting virtuemart_vendor_id to 1, all old coupons were visible again.
Now I may have missed it, but I didn't see this in the changelog.
Maybe I missed something completely.

Yes coupons got vendorid,... I just forgot to set as default 1, or to some Fallback
