Using J3.4.2+VM 3.0.9
I have a calculation rule, 30% price modifier before tax, set up for a group who gets a 30% discount on all items in my store. This method has worked successfully for me since early VM2.
Recently, (maybe since I upgraded from VM 3.0.8 to VM 3.0.9), not all items in the cart reflect the 30% discount for people in that group. The same products seem to be problematic, repeatedly. I've compared the problematic products side-by-side with nearly identical products in same category, yet I can find no difference other than description, sku and photo.
What else could be affecting this?
price over rides maybe? (in the product prices dialog)
a price over ride will over ride EVERYTHING

Next to Price Override, some of the items said "Apply no rules" when all the other products that worked correctly said "Apply generic rules".
