Title: Double "Terms of service" checkbox in Cart page

Hello,
like title, in my VM 3.0.4 site (with latest Joomla version) if i go to the cart page: http://www.idea-s.it/rocks/index.php/it/checkout/cart
in the bottom i see 2 checkbox for Terms of Services (both not linkable..) how can modify this and mak appear just one of them and make it linkable?

Looks like a problem with template overrides as that is not default VirtueMart code there. Maybe the template is for an older VM version?

Unless for some reason you have ctreted another shopper field for tos.

thanks for your quick reply. No the template is update and for the latest VM and Joomla version.

Yes, i have created another TOS field, because i can't link to the Terms and Conditions article the original VM TOS (i have already tried all the way described in the forum).

But i don't understand why there is this issue...
