The notice message in shown twice / double in the cart.
If you aren't logged in it shows "Please enter your address first".
It's also visible if you use the Beez3 template or change your language.

I can't find a default country setting. In which screen can I change this.

is there a country id entered in the shopperfields->country -> default field?
The default currency is already set to euro. So this doesn't solve anything.
shopperfields -> country -> default field is empty.

VirtueMart 3.0.7.4 and the same problem. When I go to Checkout I become the same notice - after country shipment update. I put default country id, but the problem is still.
