Is there a quicker way to speed up CSVI?
I have very large imports of 30,000 to 300,000 products to import each with an image stored on an external website. So it has to go to the website and download each image and create the thumbnail each time.
I recon it has taken at least 36 hours to import 30,000 products! I have a dedicated server and would like to speed this up if possible.

I'm not the DBMS expert but I would try to use not a full import of all articles, but split them into packages of Max 1000 - 2000 articles at one chunk. Just my 2c
