Now review and rating of the product at my site show only 10. Actually it has more than this. Where can I set to show all?

same question of this topic, is there a way to set the default number of reviews for the product detail page? Now it shows 3 reviews and a button see more reviews.

NO. there is still NO option to set number of showing reviews..

That was an olde version and it did already show all the reviews.

And yes, there is an option for this. In current versions the number of reviews shown is set by the hidden configuration, vm_num_ratings_show - see https://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/206-hidden-configurations.html
