Title: Mess of the languages BE and FE ..... VM 24

VM 22c
I and my friends detect problem with languages in vm 22 c. In FE some strings are not displayed in proper language. The same is in BE. There is translation in needed language but, they are displayed in english.

Which language do you use. do you use the english fallback. What is not translated? Something written in language files, or something you edit, like the product descriptions

The problem still exist in VM24
The language strings are translated.
I am using bulgarian and english
Bulgarian language is default in BE and FE
In confirmation mail -> user fields are not translated in proper language
In administration -> configuration is not translated in proper language

If you are using Bulgarian and English, as you said, you should add both languages into the 'Language Settings' > 'Multilingual Shop' field. Thereafter enable 'Joomla Debug"'and 'Debug Language' in Joomla configuration and then go to the problem pages, scroll down to the bottom of the pages and see if it detects any errors in the bulgarian language files. If there are any, please post them here.

Also keep in mind, that the bulgarian translation of the VM backend is less than 90 percent complete. You could help to finish the translation here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/virtuemart/language/bg_BG/

There is new language files after 20b, but there is no changelog or other info for this.
Please add changelog. I see, other people want it too.
