The Problem that was stopping the Custom Field from showing up was a Jomsocial plugin or component. Thank you all for your help. Hope anyone else who has this problem finds this thread. Thank you VM community! Woot Woot
My Work Around - For anyone who has this problem the azrul plugin for joomsocial was causing this. You don't have to get rid of Joomsocial. Just turn the plugin off, make your product changes, then turn the plug in back on. That seems to be working for me. Thanks Everyone for your help with this.

Trying to figure this out, I watched the video above which would seem very helpful. When I click on products/myproduct/Custom Fields/ click on the "Keen Pan Sizes" nothing shows up as it shows up in the video at time point 5:37

I was talking about the 3rd party plug in that was mentioned above. I am new to VirtueMart and just cant figure out what I am doing wrong. Dont know if this is a bug in virture mart or my fauilt for not having something set correctly. Do you need a 3rd party plugin to ad cart atrributes? According to the guy in the video he makes no mention of needing one...

This should work out of the box without using another plugin.
But i have tested exactly the same custom field and seems to be loaded in my case.
Are you getting any js error when you select "Keen Pan Sizes" ?
Also try to clean your browser's cache
No there are no Java Script errors that pop up, and I have cleared my browser catch, Tried Firefox and IE both show same problem. I updated my cart to 2.0.22b today and that did not fix the problem either. Is there any plug in or setting anyone can think of that needs to be turned on or turned off that could effect this?

Does this happens only with cart variants and only with lists?
Can you try other combinations to check if it works?
Give me an example and I will try it. Like it says I'm new it took me a few days just to figure out how to add a list. Write down what I can try and I will try it... Appreciate the help.

The two videos above show what I am trying to do and the problem. I am trying to add custom fields to my products. Gold Pan Size 10 inch, 11 inch... I can create the Custom Field but when I go to Products/Custom Fields and select the Custom Field it will not pop up or show up as you can see from the videos. I have tried to change templates, Browsers, Turned of Plugins, Removed Plugins. Tried to try diffrent Custom Fields and I get this same problem. Been on the Forums asking for help and no one has a clue so I am now hoping that its a bug that you can tell me how to fix.

You said that you removed plugins.
But you didn't report what specific 3rd party plugins were removed.
On video I saw Jomsocial (its azrul plugin is known for making conflicts with VM) and cache cleaner (nnframework from its developer could influence VM in Joomla backend area too).
Not able to play to resolve plugins fest? Send me pm with access then.

It was a Joomsocial plug in, not sure which one but disabled the ones you mentioned and the ones I could find and now I can ad Custom Fields!!! Woot Woot!

Installed plugins Acymailing, Akeeba backup, JCE editor, SEBLOD 3.x, widgetkit, jQuery Easy.
Are any of those plugins known to cause this problem?
jQuery Easy was installed because before virtuemart backend didn't work at all.
All plugins are recent version.

I had some time to look at the problem and has now solved it.
It seems that widgetkit, jQuery Easy caused my problems, i'm not 100% sure that it was only them since i cleaned DB and uninstalled seblod (since i no longer had use for it).
To make it work i turned of jQuery Easy (since it was only installed to help with jquery problems) and then disabled virtuemart > configuration > configuration > templates > Using the VirtueMart jQuery.
I hope that disabling "Using the VirtueMart jQuery" won't cause any problems, is there any known problems with disabling it?
EDIT: cart stopped working so i guess wm doesn't support the same version of jquery, so i need to replace widgetkit with something else.
Enabled jQuery Easy and > Basic Site Options > Enable jQuery > jQuery, then choose Version jQuery v1.8 for both jQuery and jQuery UI and now everything works even widgetkit.
I stll had problem with TOS (terms of service) not showing but solved it with jQuery Easy Advanced Site Options (Expert users only) > Disable In Pages > *com_virtuemart*
