I am not sure but I cant delete ship to address when is only one
When I press delete button everything look good but after that ship to address is in cart again
After that I tried to add new ship to address. When I pres SAVE button, the information is saved over old addres.

Other point
When I want to change ship to address and press edit/change it displays current addres and after that at the bottom of page are other addresses with little letters. Who will see this option? And there is option only "Delete address" as a link, not button. There is not button USE ADDRESS. There is only link (address name), but who know for what is it?
This is really not user friendly really!
I don't know right way but ... I think we need one more button next to Save and Cancel - CHANGE and when is press this button - display modal pop-up with all addresses and radio button selection.
Actually I think we need in cart not one button for addresses like EDIT/CHANGE ship to addres, we need 3 buttons - ADD, DELETE, CHANGE.
Add button must display fields in modal pop-up for new address
Change button must display in modal popup all addresses an radio button selectable
Delete button must display modal popup with question "Are you sure to delete "Address name"? - YES / CANCEL
May be this is not the best solution, but the current is not good. Sorry for my bad English
