Get an error: Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

I use Joomla 1.5.26 and VirtueMart 2.x

Finally I get this module installed on J 1.5.26 but for some reason It don't show all tags or a defined number of tags. On first page it show just a sigle tag everytime. Is there any way to shot 20 words everytime?
