Title: VirtueMart 2 Theme (works with your current joomla template)
Post by: Eugen S. on May 10, 2012, 15:24:25 PM
This VirtueMart theme gives a new look to your VirtueMart shop. It upgrades the Virtuemart sections but does not affect your Joomla template design.

You do not hack anything for the installation and it does not overwrite any VirtueMart files. So why don't you take a look at the following demo presenting the areas with extra sparkle.

How can I check the back end of this product?  I want to see how I would add and edit product attributes like size and color.

Hi,

our theme just change the look but does not change the way virtuemart is working. So you can edit product attributes and color the way you are use to edit.

I am curious if they could show how product variation images will look for custom fields. For instance, a chair where different swatches control the price.

Thanks!

Hello Eugen,

I'm interesting to buy this tempate for my commercial use. However, I'm using the JA_Lens template from Joomlart. I'm just wondering are the two of them compatible to run along with each other (you know, js_script conflicts ... etc...)?  IF it won't work for my template, is it possible for a refund ???

Hi,

if virtuemart is working along with your template - our theme will also work without problems.

Ofcourse we offer a refund if it should really not work and our support can't help you.

Kind regards

Hello,

We have seen your virtue mart 2 template and we are thinking of using this for our commercial website, I noticed a question about using this for a furniture website and show different swatches, how can this be done as we do not see this as an example.

Also we noticed your template has a very nice zoom window on the viewer's cursor, is this something extra or is it inherent in your template? (Also is there more coding to make this work or do we use the VM2 product images?) As we like this very much and it is one of the main reasons we are considering this template at this time. Also can we adjust the size of the zoom window if we desire?

Thanks for your support.

Alan

Hello Alan,

what do you mean with "show different swatches" - how should it look like - do you have an example?

The zoom feature is already included and it uses the default virtuemart 2 product images.

The zoom size can be adjusted very easily.

Kind regards
Eugen

Hi Eugen,

How would child items display in the product detail view? This is something I'm struggling with tremendously with the default virtuemart 2.0 setup. I would like child products to show in a list with radio buttons or with their own add to cart buttons; at least make the selection of Child products a lot easier than currently...

I also need to be able to add child variants. Have you catered for this?

Hi,

it will look like the option box on this link:
http://joomlademos.mowebso.com/vm2_theme_shoplicious/index.php/vm-product-details

This would require an additional plugin because the current one just displays an option box. At the moment it is not possible to show child products with addtocart button behind each product like in virtuemart 1. Virtuemart 2 have a bug which does not allow to load more than 2 product informations. Already reported to the dev team and they couldn`t fix it yet.

Hi Eugen,

I just bought your theme and everything installed just fine - thank you!

I have however a minor problem: I have child products attached to a main product.

Firstly, I would like the main (parent) product appear in the category view ONLY (i.e. the child products should not appear in the category view). I could not find an option within Virtuemart to achieve this so I assume it's something to do with the template.

Secondly, when I click on the parent product, I get the product page and the child product select dropdown appears as you stated. The first child product appears to be selected in the dropdown, but the add to cart button says "Choose a product varia" (presumably variant cut off) and you can't add it to the cart. You have to choose another child product and then go back to the first child product in order to be able to add it to the cart. Two possible solutions in my opinion - either the select dropdown's first option is a blank "choose variant" so that you can actually select the first child product and then add it to the cart (in which case the add to cart button needs to be greyed out or something and not with a long, cut-off description), or alternatively (much better if possible) that the first child product is immediately selected.

If you need to see an example, I'd be glad to PM you a URL and login details ifyou need to see it (cart is still under development).

Please let me know soonest.

Thanks.

Hello,

I totally agree with your solution but let me explain the problem why we can`t solve it easily. Our theme just changes the way virtuemart is looking in the frontend. We can improve the design!.

But we can`t change the way virtuemart is working and how virtuemart is handling some things like displaying the child products in category view or not. We can`t influence the logic behind virtuemart.

We can just change small things like adding a feature for image slideshow and such things.

Thats the problem we have... it is not related with our product because you would also run into the same problems without our product.

I hope this explanation makes sense because I`m not a native english speaker.

Firstly, I would like the main (parent) product appear in the category view ONLY...
This has nothing to do with the template. If you configure your parent/child products correctly and add a 'generic child variant' custom field to your parent products, VM2 should behave the way you want it. (It works for me). You might check if if all your child products in the backend product list are attached to the parent product as a generic child variant. If your child products are listed seperately in the backend Product List, they will also show up as seperate products in the frontend. In other words, in the backend product list you should see a single line for each parent product including the child products. The column 'Product is children of' should be empty and the column 'Product has Children?' should say i.e "3 children")

To solve your dropdown problem in the product details view, compare your setting to the image attached below.

This has not been my experience. All my products show up in the backend products list, child or otherwise, unless I search for "only parent".

Instead, I've noticed that if I attached child products to a category, they show up in the category view. Strangely I also experienced that when I removed the category from them, they'd disapper from the "child products" custom field options in the product view, although I tried again today and it actually seems to be working properly... strange!

Thanks, this is 90% of what I was after. I would've preferred not having the parent product's name appear again in the custom field. I'm not afraid of code - can you direct me to the correct file and what "if" statement to use to change the first row to "Select option" or something rather than the parent's product name again?  I think it's quite confusing that there's an option in the list that looks like any other option, but if you don't change it (or you select it) the cart button stop working!

Also, is there a way to chagne the button's error message from "Choose a product varia" to something a bit more clear? Again, just point me in the right direction in the code if need be.

Thanks.

So my only remaining question is regarding the parent product name showing in the child product selection list - I would've preferred not having the parent product's name appear again in the custom field. Eugen,

Where can I find the support forums for this theme?

Specifically I was wondering about html validation - the w3c validator caught one error (you can see it here: http://goo.gl/8LbZ1 (http://goo.gl/8LbZ1)) on the shopping cart page of the demo. And there are 16 errors on a product details page (you can see the errors here: http://goo.gl/3TQ02 (http://goo.gl/3TQ02)). The site says that the extension is fully valid, so I am concerned about why these errors are showing.

I was also wondering where to submit suggestions for improvements? For example, it would be great for UX if the buttons for Change Payment and Change Shipment opened a lightbox style popup or displayed the options below in an accordion style effect instead of going to an entirely separate page. And it would also be great if the cost for the selected shipping option displayed.

And lastly, if I wanted to use this extension on two sites, do I have to purchase it twice?

Thanks!

I bought your Virtuemart Template on 05 August
After installation I found a problem on the mainmenu setting
As the website where the template is installed is multilingual, I cannot set the mainmenu attribute to two menus in the same time (for the two languages)
If I set one menu to the attribute mainmenu and set the other menu to be on the same place that the mainmenu, it is not exactly in the same place and there is a line on the bottom. The design looks not professional

I have open a ticket on your support the same day, so six days ago and I have not received a response from you !

As I need to go on I have continue the setting of the template
I was surprised to know that the slideshow and the product module WAS NOT INCLUDE inside the template
(but if you look the demo site of the template, you can see the slideshow and the product module inside the demo)
So why pay more for the template if you have the same that the virtuemart theme ???

To not loose time, waiting your response
I bought the slideshow and the product module today
After setting the two modules and the two plugins (delivered in the same time), noting work
The slideshow not show the picture configured in standard and not show new picture configured
The product module seem to have no connection the virtuemart !
I have the message "no product found"

I forecast to change the template of an eshop website in few days
Now I need to wait a response of you, I cannot change or add a product because the migration is already done and wait you
I loose money because of you

If you are in holiday you MUST inform your customer and/or disabled the possiblity to buy on your site
IT'S A SITUATION UNACCEPTABLE AND I WROTE THIS MESSAGE TO INFORM ALL PEOPLE

To Ornicom :

1.first at all, I'm not a developper and neither a employees of the virtuemart theme corp.

2.you have some probleme with your website, joomla template and virtuemart theme.

In the store there is some possibility, buy a virtuemart theme, a joomla template including the virtuemart theme, some joomla/virtuemart module and a bundle including all the element.

Unfortunatly you didn't buy the good one at first and neither at second.

3.Your comment no product found seem two possiblities :
- you have a virtuemart probleme with your configuration
- you have a module configuration bug

4. Generally when you make a multilingual webstore, you make one in your principal language and after you make the translation.
It is logical that you can't have two default mainmenu, this is not a bug from your template, virtuemart theme or module, it is a requiment of joomla.

Can you give more information about your configuration, what joomla are you using (2.5.X) and what virtuemart (2.0.8e ??).

Are you shure there is no probleme with your webside without the theme and joomla template.

I used to buy some product in this webstore and never have problem before  reading your comment.

There is a support, but only about the product they sell not about joomla o virtuemart configuration.

Give me more information, check your webside and open a new post on the virtuemart forum or in your joomla national forum (if you have one).
Your picture looks be in french, so in that case go to joomla.fr nd post a question.

@Ornicom

In the quick-start the modules are there!

Ornicom you should install the quickstart with kickstart.php and try that first. I have absolutely no problems with the template.

Ok, confirmed that the category description variable is missing in this theme. Edited <JOOMLATHEME>/html/com_virtuemart/category/default.php from line 18 to line 24 now looks like this:

$manufacturerID = JRequest::getInt('virtuemart_manufacturer_id', '');
if ($this->category->category_description) {
?>
<div class="category_description">
<?php echo $this->category->category_description?>
</div>
<?php
}

Why, after the installation and connection of any third-party extensions, stops VM2 Theme Shoplicious? Extension will stop working as a newly established, and those who work with the VM2 Theme Shoplicious. Where can I get the instructions in Russian, or at least instructions in English? It's been two months and I can not edit the template in any way.

Thanks!

How did you go with adding 'Add to Cart' functionality to the product listings (category) view. I am trying to do this but without any sucess I have left messages on 'Support at Developing-and-Design.com' system but there has been no peply (probably on holidays).

I have researched on how to add to cart in category view (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=90961.0) and I am trying to add it to the 'MY-TEMPLATE > html > com_virtuemart > templates > default > products > category > centered.php' but it is not working.

There doesn't seem to be an update quantity when in pre-checkout (cart) view. On the demo site http://joomlademos.developing-and-design.com/vm2_theme_shoplicious/index.php there is an update feature when you view the cart but I take it this is because the user has not registered yet or it is a different checkout view.

On the website I am developing only registered users can purchase as it is a wholesale site the checkout view looks the same as the image in the above « Reply #31 on: July 31, 2012, 05:39:37 AM »

Hi I have figured out the Cart Update, was because of the 'if ($cart->mws_cart)' in the 'MY-TEMPLATE > html > com_virtuemart > templates > default > checkout > cart > default.php (Line50).

<?php // We Are in The Last Step
if ($cart->mws_cart) { ?>

<form action="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php'); ?>" method="post" class="inline">
<input type="hidden" name="option" value="com_virtuemart" />
<input type="text" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" class="quantity" size="3" maxlength="4" name="quantity" value="<?php echo $prow->quantity ?>" />

<?php } else { ?>
<input type="text" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" class="quantity-confirm" size="3" maxlength="4" name="quantity" value="<?php echo $prow->quantity ?>" disabled="disabled" />
<?php ?>

<?php // We Are in The Last Step
if ($cart->mws_cart) { ?>

<input type="hidden" name="view" value="cart" />
<input type="hidden" name="task" value="update" />
<input type="hidden" name="cart_virtuemart_product_id" value="<?php echo $prow->cart_item_id  ?>" />
<input type="submit" class="refresh-icon" name="update" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" align="middle" value=" "/>
</form>
<?php ?>

I have tried making is so the input box appears by putting everything in the 'else' statement like the following...

<?php // We Are in The Last Step :: Hacked by Danny Poole D.P. Web Design to the the update quantity working on checkout
if ($cart->mws_cart) { ?>

<form action="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php'); ?>" method="post" class="inline">
<input type="hidden" name="option" value="com_virtuemart" />
<input type="text" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" class="quantity" size="3" maxlength="4" name="quantity" value="<?php echo $prow->quantity ?>" />

<?php } else { ?>
<form action="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php'); ?>" method="post" class="inline">
<input type="hidden" name="option" value="com_virtuemart" />
<input type="text" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" class="quantity" size="3" maxlength="4" name="quantity" value="<?php echo $prow->quantity ?>" />
<input type="hidden" name="view" value="cart" />
<input type="hidden" name="task" value="update" />
<input type="hidden" name="cart_virtuemart_product_id" value="<?php echo $prow->cart_item_id  ?>" />
<input type="submit" class="refresh-icon" name="update" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" align="middle" value=" "/>
</form>
<?php ?>
<?php // We Are in The Last Step
if ($cart->mws_cart) { ?>

<input type="hidden" name="view" value="cart" />
<input type="hidden" name="task" value="update" />
<input type="hidden" name="cart_virtuemart_product_id" value="<?php echo $prow->cart_item_id  ?>" />
<input type="submit" class="refresh-icon" name="update" title="<?php echo  JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_UPDATE'?>" align="middle" value=" "/>
</form>
<?php ?>

...and this is fine, as it outputs the quantity updater and everything works but it unfortunatly creats a <form> tag within a <form> tag when you click the confirm order button it only updates the quantitly.

Any Help! Please...

I tried to get the image slider and zoom to work, and did the following, with joomla 2.5.7 and virtuemart 2.0.12:

I did install the theme and it seemed to work as it should.
Unfortunately, in the product details page, multiple images were not working, as well as the image zoom.
It should work like the demo on this page: http://joomlademos.developing-and-design.com/vm2_theme_shoplicious/index.php/vm-product-details

Now, When I uploaded 3 images for one product, the thumbnails would not work.
I do have some knowledge of PHP, so I checked the files of the template.
When I opened the file default.php in *template_name*/html/com_virtuemart/templates/default/productdetails/images,
I found out that line 17 and line 18 were like this:
      $mowebso->addScript('plg.image_lens.js','templates/'.$mowebso->templatename.'/html/com_virtuemart/templates/default/assets/js/','text/javascript',false);
      $mowebso->addScript('plg.image_gallery.js','templates/'.$mowebso->templatename.'/html/com_virtuemart/templates/default/assets/js/','text/javascript',false);

I changed the values to true, which resulted in the thumbnails working again, and dot for the zoom was there.
Unfortunately, the zoom function itself is not working.

Can anybody help with this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have just purchased this template, and I have two issues.
1: I need to change the colour of the blue action button... "Show all products" / "product details", Can someone tell me how I can do that?
2: The description and vote, is listed below each other. I prefer to use tabs, and I would like to add a "Specification" tab, but can someone tell me how to do that?

Best regards

In general I see in the Virtuemart forum, that your technical support is nonexistent, I just want an answer that not find, I bought Virtuemart 2 Theme but does not work, if I have to buy the Bunble package please send me a discount coupon with the previous payment and do the upgrade have if it works. But I'll need my money back if not solved. It will be very good product but this way you can lose it.

    Never before this had happened with commercial components, the technical supports respond immediately

Hello, first at all, thanks for this great virtuemart theme !!

I have two questions :

In the product details view, how can I change de stock view by a simple picture "in stock" (for the "out of stock" I use directly the availibility details when a product is not in stock)

If I'm not connected to the webside as a client  and click to "view my cart" I have a web page with the cart details, but if I'm connected, when I choose view my cart, I directly arrive to a page to confirm the general buy condition.

Have you got any idea in how a can arrive to the display cart before accept the terms ??

Thanks a lot for all virtuemart team for the VM 2 version !!

I repply myself, It was my fault, there's no bug, only a bad  code change that i did.

I just, installed once more the delicious virtuemart theme.

But, I have another question, because there's another bug : when I'm in the cart, there's no more shipment method. I did create some shipment methods before, there worked well before theme change, but now the cart says that there is no shipment method configured for my request.

How can I fix it ??

Definitely not a theme issue - check your shipping/shopper field settings! I've had the same thing happen to me and it turned out to be that certain shopper fields were required by the shipping module which I had made not required and was not entering them. For example, address, first name etc.
Title: Re: VirtueMart 2 Theme (works with your current joomla template)

Yes your right !!
Thanks for your answer.

There is no more problem with the shipment and payement.

Sorry, I have one more question, it's the last question I hope, lol, sorry, sorry, sorry.

But How can I create, with this theme, a link to the account including adress, etc, and a link to manage the client  commandes.
For exemple, for a client, it could be interesting to see what product he both before, or maybe, if the payement didn't work, go to this page, see his pending command and could pay .

Thank's a lot for all !

Post by: bobbymilk on November 26, 2012, 14:19:32 PM
Hi, installed and got it up and running. Now some tuning Q.

[EDIT POST] Solved my first inquires.

But there is one main thing left. The coupon field is showing on the first check out step. BUT if the customer misses this step and enter their coupon and go to the next step to either sign in or leave their shipping adress, then this coupn field is not to be seen anymore.

Also if my wholesale log in first and they come to the check out later on, the coupon field is not to be seen. I need this option to be available. how can i best solve this? My wholesale need to see it also and the ordinary customer need to be able to use it even if they forget to enter the coupon information in the first stage on the check out.

looking great otherwise.

Sounds great! But  have done some tweeks that i dont wanna mess up with a re-installment of the theme folder. Is it possible u could just write here what files that need to be replaced? Also i have noticed a new theme issue. I have added a menu link for pre registration wholesalers. The sign up form of VM "account maintance" dont have a register/save button next to the register fields. If i change theme its there so somethings missing!

Regards

Hello,

we are happy to tell you that we fixed that. Please download the latest version by using your download keys which you got after purchase.

Kind regards
Eugen

Sounds great! But  have done some tweeks that i dont wanna mess up with a re-installment of the theme folder. Is it possible u could just write here what files that need to be replaced? Also i have noticed a new theme issue. I have added a menu link for pre registration wholesalers. The sign up form of VM "account maintance" dont have a register/save button next to the register fields. If i change theme its there so somethings missing!

Thank you for reporting this new bug - we can confirm it and have fix it.

Therefor we modified the file:
/templates/ YOUR TEMPLATE /html/com_virtuemart/user/edit.php

For the previous bug (coupon) we modified the file:
/templates/ YOUR TEMPLATE /html/com_virtuemart/templates/checkout/confirm/default.php

OK, The coupon field is now showing as it should.. BUT it now demands a valid coupon code to be filled in as defaut. System message " invalid coupon code" is displayed when trying to check out without adding a coupon. So it does not let the customer pass through check out other than he/she adds a valid coupon code. Can you confirm this bug also?

There doesn't seem to be an update quantity when in pre-checkout (cart) view. On the demo site http://joomlademos.developing-and-design.com/vm2_theme_shoplicious/index.php there is an update feature when you view the cart but I take it this is because the user has not registered yet or it is a different checkout view.

On the website I am developing only registered users can purchase as it is a wholesale site the checkout view looks the same as the image in the above « Reply #31 on: July 31, 2012, 05:39:37 AM »

Hi Eugen, I noticed the theme has had a couple of updates, without me checking through all the code to see the changes, has there been an update to the 'update cart' in checkout feature as yet. My client is still waiting on this. If it is not going to be changed in the near future can you let me know so I can remove the cart template and style the original to match (I would rather not to this).

If it is the "refresh item button" in check out i can just say that there is NO such option when  a registred  user go to the check out. So that is a nother bug to deal with guys.

In the last couple of days we changed a lot of code in our theme. We made a lot of improvements in speed.

If you purchased it from the VirtueMart Extensions Store you should download the "unzip_me_vm2_theme_shoplicious_1.0.12.zip" Version. We submitted that version a few minutes ago and hope the VirtueMart team will put it online very soon.

If you purchased on our site use your downloade code which you got by mail and you will automatically download the latest version.

How to update:

1. Install the "pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.zip" through joomla install manager. it will update our plugin and library automatically

2. It is very important that you delete the "com_virtuemart" in your templates /html folder first. Then you can upload the "com_virtuemart" from the new version again.

I have a Christmas gift!

We just published a new version of our theme and included a nice new feature:

Google Rich Snippets:
if you open the following link you will see how google understands the product page of our demo:

http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jdemo.mowebso.com%2Fmws_demo_virtuemart_theme%2Findex.php%2Fvm-product-details&html= (http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jdemo.mowebso.com%2Fmws_demo_virtuemart_theme%2Findex.php%2Fvm-product-details&html=)

Google understands exactly what kind of information you show about your product.

We included Rich Snippets to the frontpage, the category page and the product details page.

We just added touch support to our VirtueMart theme. You can tab on whitespace within the product listing block and it will work ;-)

Also works for categories, manufacturer and vendor listings.

Check it out below and click on the white space next to the button "product details"

Title: Re: VirtueMart 2 Theme Shoplicious jQuery

I'm having a problem with the Add to Cart button adding 2 products instead of one. I think it's a jQuery conflict with my YooTheme template Subway. When I use a different template the problem goes away. I disabled Virtuemart jQuery library, but the Shoplicious theme is loading it's own jQuery. How can I disable /libraries/mowebso/assets/js/jquery.min.js to see if this is the problem? And if I do how will that affect the theme?

Thanks,
Richard

Hello Richard,

please go to your plugin manager and open the plugin "MoWebSo - System".

The first setting allows you to disable our jQuery instance.

My System-MoWebSo plugin has no settings, only enable/disable. I have Shoplicious 1.0.8 installed with version 1.0.1 of the plugin. I guess I have to upgrade to the lastest Shoplicious 1.0.14. Unfortunately I modified a lot of the theme files, so this is going to take awhile to transfer all my modifications to the new version. :-(

I tried to just install/update the plugin / library, but it wouldn't install. Kept giving me this error:
Library Install: No library file specified
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: lib_mowebso.zip
Error installing package

I'm using Virtuemart 2.0.16 and Joomla 2.5.8.
Richard

**UPDATE**

I completely uninstalled/deleted everything from Shoplicious 1.0.8, but the pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.zip still won't install. I get the same error as above. What could be wrong?

I just submitted a ticket as requested at http://extensions.virtuemart.net/ticket.

I tried commenting out the code that loads your jQuery script in the mowebso.php file of plugin version 1.0.1, but that caused several other things to not work - ajax update of cart module when Add To Cart button is clicked, and remove product link from shopping cart page.

   function loadjQueryLibrary() {
      global $mowebso;
      $mowebso->addScript('jquery.min.js','libraries/mowebso/assets/js/','text/javascript',false);
   }

YooTheme suggested I disable jquery.min.js as a possible solution to the double products added to the cart - they think that's the source of the jquery conflict. I thought if I could confirm or rule out this as the problem it could save time updating Shoplicious if that's not going to solve the problem.

Also, you mentioned responsive layout coming in a few days, so maybe I should wait for that before updating?

Thanks, Richard

Search for "$this->loadjQueryLibrary()" and add "//" before that line.

The file you need to searh is:
/plugins/system/mowebso/mowebso.php

To avoid missunderstanding in this thread - this code modification is not required if you guys use the latest version. In the latest version we have a setting in the plugin parameters to easily disable jQuery loading. Richard just made a lot of modifications and won`t update...

I would not recommend to disable the query in the MoWebSo plugin. Doing so disables the ajax add to cart. So if a customer adds something to the cart the VM Cart module and the whole add to cart function is disabled too. In my case with yoothme I ust disabled the loading of the Virtuemart jquery in the backend configuration of Virtuemart, because the MoWebSo jquery does the same. Seems that with yootheme it is sufficient to enable the jquery in the MoWebSo plugin and disable the Virtuemart jquery in the VM configuration.

Why is it not possible to use the yootheme css classes inside the category or product descriptions with the shoplicious theme? Or do I need to add the yootheme css into the shoplicious theme css file. If so, where can I find the shoplicious theme css?
Title: Re: VirtueMart 2 Theme (works with your current joomla template)
Post by: SparksArts on January 08, 2013, 18:48:22 PM
I disabled "$this->loadjQueryLibrary()" in mowebso.php, but franzpeter is correct. After disabling, the ajax add to cart doesn't work with the cart module. And clicking any photo thumbnails doesn't load their full size versions. So this isn't going to work. Even if I did upgrade, disabling the mowebso jQuery in the plugin setting won't solve my issues. It fixes the problem of adding 2 products to the cart, but creates 2 other problems that are worse.

Unfortunately, I've tried this with Virtuemart jQuery loading turned off and Shoplicious jQuery enabled, and I tried it with both disabled - neither solves my problem of 2 products added to the cart instead of only 1.

I wouldn't mind updating to the latest version of Shoplicious theme. I just can't get the new pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.zip to install. It always returns the error:
Library Install: No library file specified
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: lib_mowebso.zip
Error installing package

Why does this happen? I tried uninstalling the original versions of library and plugin from version 1.0.8 before installing pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.zip from Shoplicious version 1.0.14, but it still fails.

Richard

Just grab the latest version again. We had a typo in one of our files and noticed it a hour later. It seems you got that broken file.

I just updated your ticket and attached the pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.zip and the VirtueMart theme in their latest version just to make sure we are running the same latest files.

Is there a setting in the yootheme products to disable jQuery?

Can I install pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.zip over the old library and plugin, or do I need to uninstall those first?

Yootheme template does not have a setting to disable jQuery, and I probably need theirs for Widgetkit to work.

Bug 1.  in check out step 4 is that i cant seem to change the quantity of the item. I first have to press the refresh button and the page update and the layout change i little bit so the re fresh button is under the quantity field. Now i can enter a diffrent number and refresh.

Bug 2. On  fill in customer information my moduls in sidebar position does not show.  It is JUST on this step it occurs. The VM template is full width for the site and the country option field is waaaaay long all over the side.  See attachments

Bug 3 importent one. Also i noticed a more individual problem to my site and your Vm template. I have static freight cost up to a certain amount, then its free. I also have a invoce fee for a specifik payment solution.  With your template the invoice fee also vanish when the amount reach the free freight amount.  I checked to other templates and it is just in yours that it occurs. On the VM invoice the fee is still there so it is just in the cart it goes away and leave a blank column.

@bobbymilk,

about bug 2: there is no bug in the shoplicous theme. Did you publish that specific missing module for the customer account page? If Joomla has no menu link to the customer account page it cannot show specific modules for specific pages. If you do not want to show those menus just do not create a module while creating the specific menu in joomla. So it remains hidden in your pages but you can assign modules to those pages.
about bug 1: If you want to change the quantity you can push the little button near the quantity display. It will link back to the cart page, where you can change the quantity and then continue. The shoplicious theme is just a layout and design change of the original VM 2 theme, so it can just do what the original VM theme does. I do not think that VM 2 default theme is able to dynamically change the quantity in that checkout step. That would maybe only work if there would be an ajax script to dynamically change those things in that checkout step. VM 2 has no one page checkout function in that way where you can change everything in every checkout step as far as I know.

Ok, thx for responding. Tried your solution but to no avail.  made i secret menu andded a menu link to the VM customer account. Then added the module to show on that menu link.  Understand your explenation to bug 2 so thats good.

Bug 3 is really my main concern though as i now cant use my set up on free freight over a certain amount.

@bobbymilk,

I can confirm that bug 3 with the shoplicous theme. Choosing a payment method with a fee and an order, which is high enough to have free shipping, does not contain the payment fee. Did try it out with the standard VM 2 cod plugin and it is the same there. Say I have set a an order amount of 100 Euro for free shipping and a customer places an order for 200 Euro for example the freight is free but the payment fee obviously too, which should be for example 7 Euro by default, even if the order amount is enough for free shipping.
Found another bug, but I do not know if it is a theme bug or a VM 2 bug. If a customer tries to login and uses an incorrect password or name for login, the customer receives a blank page instead of an information telling that the password or the name was wrong.

Can you make a screenshot of that missing line for our theme and for the default VirtueMart view so I can better understand which line is missing.

Here is a screenshot ,, to the left one cart and to the right the other wich is faulty.

We just published a new version and I think we could fix it. Use your download keys which you got after purchase to download the latest version.

Kind regards
Eugen

Please open the following file:
/templates/ your template /html/com_virtuemart/themes/default/category/default_start.php

Remove Line 51 - 54 where you see:

<?php // Output: Order By Fields
if (!empty($this->orderByList['orderby']) || !empty($this->orderByList['manufacturer'])) {
echo $this->loadTemplate('orderby');
?>

This could be done with a custom job. It requires additional jQuery Script for our theme or a VirtueMart core hack.

About the potential bug I wrote:
Found another bug, but I do not know if it is a theme bug or a VM 2 bug. If a customer tries to login and uses an incorrect password or name for login, the customer receives a blank page instead of an information telling that the password or the name was wrong.

It was not a bug. It was a problem with a plugin. The plugin did prevent mootools from loading. Obviously Joomla 2.5 needs moo tools for Joomla user registration forms. Removing the plugin did solve the problem. So it had nothing to do with VM 2 or shoplicious theme!

I am considering buying your theme but would like to understand the behaviour of Category layout 3 (List). I would like to add the add to cart  and quantity (plus up / down arrows) for each product.  Has this been done?  Can it be done easily?  Preferably I do not wish to have page refreshes after adding to the cart as I will have many products listed in rows without the necessity of drill down.  The shopper will just change quantity and add to cart.  Move down, change quantity and add to cart.

I found some threads in this forum which show how to do it
http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=104194.0
http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=90961.15

Do these work in this theme?

Thanks very much

The add to cart Button can be activated. At the moment it requires a code change. Its easy - just removing 2 signs like " /* " and " */ ".

Regarding refreshes after adding to the cart it behaves like the default VirtueMart views.

Thanks for your response.  I purchased the theme and install OK - quite simply and as your video.  I started setting up for my preferred look and the first thing for me was setting up category layout list.  I cannot see how to do this.  In fact, I even looked at your demo website for the url link that you use but when I use that in my site it goes immediately back to the front page.  eg.

/index.php/vm-front-page/vm-category-layout-3 redirects to /index.php?option=com_virtuemart

your url /index.php/vm-category-layout-3 gives me a 404

Also, I tried looking at creating a new menu item but there is no vm view called list

How do I link in the category list-3?

Also I started looking to see where I could remove */* could only find something vaguely appropriate html/virtuemart/theme/grids/products/list.php, is this the file you are referring to?

Thanks

Thanks

Hello,

please open the category in backend. At the bottom you can set the layout for this category. Choose "list".

mmm sorry for the that, was looking for something much harder - perhaps I have too busy trying to get everything else going.

I am still struggling with the other part of the message - ie getting add to cart in the category list view:

What I have learned:
- /html/com_virtuemart/themes/default/category/list_start.php has one line echo $this->loadTemplate('products') which displays the code.  The loadtemplate function didn't seem to help me
- removing your theme and editing components/com_virtuemart/views/category/tmpl/default.php as per this thread
http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=90961.msg332124#msg332124  will add in the quantity and add-to-cart which is what I want
- as soon as I put your theme in, it overrides the hack above - which makes sense
- replaced default.php in  /html/com_virtuemart/category/default.php
- followed list_products.php through gridstructure in the mowebso libraries ....

I am struggling to see how to take that code to place into your theme.  Earlier you mentioned this is already built in and I just need to uncomment it somewhere.  I have searched high and low for this tracing language files and scripts etc.... :(

Appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thanks again

We included the add to cart button on category view for our VirtueMart theme. Download the latest version. Its disable by default but we can enable it with a little code change. Very simple.

Bonus: VirtueMart Theme with add to cart button on category view

1) please open a category in your VirtueMart backend. At the bottom you can choose the category layout in an option box.

2) Please open:
/templates/ your template /html/com_virtuemart/themes/grids/products/ your_layout.php

If you use the default category view - your_layout.php = centered.php

Remove " /* " in Line 113 and " */ " in Line 180

That worked great.  Thanks very much for that.

A matter of completeness I had to remove type  input type = "hidden"

$html.=             '<input type="hidden" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="1"/>';

to show the quantity box.  IMO it is more logical to show this be default considering there are up and down arrows otherwise we never know how many times we push the arrows.

I am trying to do one more thing, I am not sure if this is something you are looking at doing or not or perhaps you can point in the correct direction.  Previously, in VM1 I had a the same view and when I added to cart, it used pop-up; add to cart in my module; and then allowed me to keep going without refreshing the page.  I guess this was using Ajax to perform.  Are you looking at adding this same functionality?  If yes, approximately when?

Thanks for your help

At the moment the default VirtueMart box appears after clicking on add to cart button which ask you to continue shopping or going to cart.

We have a cart module in mind but I can`t tell you a date. Hope to finish it within a month.

The default VirtueMart cart module works with our VirtueMart theme.

A problem with the nice shoplicous theme and the other modules from developing and design are the different package installations, i.e. lib-mowebso and plg_mowebso. I use the shoplicious theme together with the Product Slideshow and the social buttons. It is obvious, that all those installations use different lib and plg. So for example if you have already installed the slideshow and the theme, the social buttons do install an older version of the lib and plg, which does not work or does not work very well together with the newer theme and the Slideshow.
So my question is: Does the theme and the extensions need different libs and plugins in the Joomla library and plugin folder or should that code be the same for all of those extensions and the extension itself in the module folder or the theme folder a.s.o. contain the different code additions to operate? Or to explain it in an easier way: is the lib and the plugin different or should it be the same in case of the library and plugin folder of the Joomla installation?

Hi,

the library and plugin are always the same. In the past we work a lot on the library and thats why it could happen, that you had an extension which used an older version.

Right now we are on a good level and dont have to make basic changes.

There is an easy solution. Whenever you experience a problem with two extension please make sure you are using the latest version of both extensions.

We are working on a better download area with versioning und mail notifications on updates for extensions you use. We know we can do a lot better in this case.

$html.=             '<input type="hidden" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="1"/>';
with this...
$html.=             '<input type="text" class="quantity-input js-recalculate" name="quantity[]" value="<?php echo $minOrderLevel ?>" />';

but it doesn't seem to work. I have also tried the following I found in another post...
<input type="text" class="quantity-input js-recalculate" name="quantity[]" value="<?php if (isset($product->min_order_level) && (int) $product->min_order_level 0) {

" />';

but still no luck.

Can you please help?

Hello,

please open the following file:
/templates/ your template /html/com_virtuemart/themes/grids/products/centered.php

In line 153 - 161 you will find the wollowing code snippet:

// Output: Quantity Controls

//$html.=         '<span class="quantity-box">';
$html.=             '<input type="hidden" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="1"/>';
//$html.=         '</span>';

//$html.=             '<input type="button" class="quantity-controls quantity-minus"/>';
//$html.=         '</span>';

replace it with:

// Output: Quantity Controls

$html.=         '<span class="quantity-box">';
$html.=             '<input type="text" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="1"/>';
$html.=         '</span>';
$html.=         '<span class="quantity-controls">';

Had not used this medium to get in touch with you, Eugen S., I tried to contact by e-mail, web contact, ... and I have not received a response. I bought a virtuemart theme and gives me problems I can not solve without your help and you seem to be on vacation.
The zero price items when they can be activated from virtuemart information is requested. The form does this not work and produces a 500 error.
I hope they help me only three months ago that I bought a template and I'm not at all happy with your help.

thanks,

There is a problem with the theme and the actual VM 2.0.20a version. The cart page checkout button does not work. It does not direct to the next page. It shows that TOS was not confirmed on the cart page, but there is no button to confirm.
Until a necessary theme update the following solution works:
Going to the template folder/your_template_name/html/com_virtuemart/.. there is a folder called cart. Renaming that folder to for example cart_old or so does prevent loading the cart template override, so the cart page does use the default Virtuemart cart page. It does not look very nice but it allows customers to proceed to checkout pages.

Hello,

we were on a business trip in San Francisco.

Unfortunately we were not available as the VirtueMart team released a new version.

We just fixed the issue with the checkout and the missing tos confirmation.

Just download the latest version from our site or the version "unzip_me_vm2_theme_shoplicious_1.0.17" in the VirtueMart extensions store.

We are very sorry for this delay.

Hi I have just purchased your template and the site looks great now THANKS :)

I do have a few bugs/modifications that i need to iron out though.

1: I would like to display the product short description in the "detailed" template but don't know what parts of the code to remove.

2: On most virtuemart pages (for some reason a couple of pages display fine) when i browse on a smart phone it does not load the "responsive" template. I have checked to see what templates they use and both working and non working pages are directed to the same template. If i change to an old template that does not include your files it all displays fine.

3: If a customer logs in during checkout the "update quantity in cart" box disappears leaving just the number which can not be modified. This can only be fixed by pressing on the update quantity refresh button, but not the browser refresh button.

please replace the line:

$html.= '<input type="hidden" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="1"/>';

with the following lines:

(!empty($product->min_order_level)) ? $minOrderLevel = $product->min_order_level : $minOrderLevel = 1;
$html.=             '<input type="text" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="'.$minOrderLevel.'"/>';

Sincerely,

Hi Eugen,

To take it a bit further, what would I have to do to make the quantity field increment the same as the min_order_level ?
Just like it does on the products-detail page. So if the min_order_level is 25, one click would change it to 50 and not 26 as it does now
I've been trying for day's now, copying the step and script code from the details page, but I can't get it to work.

Please advice

Regards, Martin

$html.=             '<input type="text" class="quantity-input" name="quantity[]" value="'.$minOrderLevel.'"/>';

Sincerely,

Eugen Stranz

Hello Martin,

to realize your project, it requires a modification in the code. For this we would need to try it myself once before we could ever describe it in individual steps.

Surely you understand that we would quickly reach our financial limit if we would offer such an effort as a free service.

We will note your request and try to implement this in a future update.

We will gladly provide you with a non-binding offer to your request in a timely manner to implement for you. If you are interested please send us a message on our page http://www.developing-and-design.com

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hello ,

2. Our template is not responsive yet. We are working on that.

3. Yes - browser refresh wouldn't work in any case. This is the only way we can do it right now. I'm sorry.

Hi Eugen,

i bought your brilliant theme and i'm actually very satisfied.
Since my client wants some "minor" changes in the template structure i'm sometimes stuck.
Is there a possibility to get the "top ten" (it's the recently viewed products, right?) onto the product details page under the related products?

Best regards,
Jan

Our VirtueMart Theme gets responsive in a couple of days. Isn`t that cool ;-)

(https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/740979_318761431561235_1658822549_o.jpg)

Sorry I was under the impression it was already responsive.

I can see from the last few replys that small code changes or suggestions will not be supplied by the developers unless payed for.

Does anyone else know what code i would need to insert or enable to get the product short description in the "detailed" template view?

"works with your current joomla template" clearly it does not

"works with your current joomla template" clearly it does not

Off course it does. The fact that the short description is not visible does not mean that the theme isn't working.

You should really start to realize what a big gift you get with the FREE VirtueMart. Seems this gift is not enough and you asking for free modifications. Would you explain 100+ people how to modify code every day for their individual requirements? I don't think so... Only Bill Gates could afford this currently...

In your case please open the following file:
/templates/ your template /html/com_virtuemart/themes/grids/products/detailed.php

Change Line 79 - 86 where you see
// Output: Product Short Description
/*if (!empty($product->product_s_desc)) {
//  && $show['show_product_desc'] == 'yes'
$html.=     '<div class="product-short-desc">';
$html.=         shopFunctionsF::limitStringByWord($product->product_s_desc, 60 , '...');
$html.=     '</div>';

}*/

replace it with:

// Output: Product Short Description
if (!empty($product->product_s_desc)) {
//  && $show['show_product_desc'] == 'yes'
$html.=     '<div class="product-short-desc">';
$html.=         shopFunctionsF::limitStringByWord($product->product_s_desc, 60 , '...');
$html.=     '</div>';

}

Thanks Eugen I do appreciate your assistance.

My comment about it not working with my current joomla template is more in regards to my understanding that your template was reactive, like my current joomla template.
With nearly exactly half of my customers browsing on tablets and phones and the importance of this function to SEO it was a feature i was really looking foward to implementing.

So i do appologise for my reaction. It has more to do with my frustration than your product.

I do realise what a gift it is to have free products and community support. I also don't have any problems buying custom solutions like your own and have done so.

I was of the assumption that the code needed was very much like the "add to cart" modification discussed earlier in this thread so i didnt think it was out of bounds to ask for a suggestion.
Especially when this is a community that thrives on people helping others with discussion, this is the best place to have problems and solutions listed.
I would also think it would not be uncommon for others who use your template to want this information either.

However i understand your comment on having to explain to 100+ people a day and the cost to you guys. I will be using your paid service just as soon as i can make some minor adjustments and am satisfied that it is ready for the final clean up.

Again thanks for your assistance

Oh any idea on when the template will become reactive?

1.show my product in each subcategory (random 3-5 product in subcategory)
to show on front page, for example

The easiest way to do that is to use our module "All About Products". This Module can be placed / assigned on / to your frontpage. It allows you to show products of specific categories.

The above mentioned module "All About Products" can also do this!

Title: VirtueMart shoplicious theme one-page checkout shortcomings
Post by: c.smits on August 20, 2013, 10:17:40 AM
Hello MoWebSo,

First of all, sorry for posting this in 'General Questions VM 2' while this clearly belongs in 'VM 3rd party extensions' but it won't let me create a topic there.

Alrighty then, my questions are as followed;

I installed the Shoplicious theme over the default VM 2 installation to make it look more professional. However the theme comes short on some vital points.

1) Is it possible, by hack or patch, to let the shopper change the quantity of the items that he/she put in his/her shopping cart on the same page (e.g. AJAX or form submit)?;
2) Is it possible, by hack or patch, to remove or disable the confirm page after you clicked 'Confirm order', so it goes directly to the 'Thank you'-page?

I hope you can help me with these questions.

Kind regards,

Chris

P.S. If this needs to be moved to a subcategory, go ahead :)

Hello Eugen, Hello VM Community,

thanks a lot so far for your support via email and ticket system.
Since I don't have a solution for my problem I post it here again.
I just want to be sure, if I'm the only one with this problem or if it is a bug of your theme.

So Dear Shop-Owners and Shopilicious User - Please try the following situation:

1. Login to your shop as a registered user
2. Put s.th. into your cart
3. Go to your cart

(In my case I get then into the checkout overview, with all my already saved data like billing information and so on, instead of the simple Cart Page)

4. Below of all the information like billing, shipment, payment and products in cart, there is the button "Confirm order"
5. Click on "Confirm order"

--> After clicking on it, in my case I will be redirected then to the page where I can select shipment --> in the next step I have to select payment --> and then I will get AGAIN to the checkout overview.

When I click then on "Confirm order" I get the message that the order was succesful.

So all in all I will have to click twice on the button "Confirm order".

Is there anybody who has the same problem?

Don't get me wrong Eugen.. I love your theme, because you've changed the whole checkout process compared to the standard VM 2.
As an unregistered user it works perfect. But as a registered user the checkout seems to work different.

All I want is to see the cart page, when I click on "Go to cart" and NOT the checkout overview, where I have to click all in all two times on "Confirm order".

In my eyes this is a bug and I'm not willed to pay for a solution for this kind of problem as you suggested me before.
The confirm order button is a confirmation for a customer to buy s.th. - So it has to be just one time in the whole checkout process!!

It has to work this way and everything is fine (like it works for unregistered customers):

1. Cart page (NOT checkout overview)
2. Billing information, etc.
2. Select shipment
3. Select payment
4. Checkout overview and confirm order

I hope you understand now, what I'm trying to explain all the days.

Regards,
Christos

This is a bit tricky because you have to modify the link which redirects the user to the cart

The default cart link look like this:

index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart

Please modify this link to this one:

index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart&mwscart=1

This tells our theme to show the cart instead of the final order summary page with the confirm checkout button.

In your case you have to modify your custom cart module. But this modules also allows to specify a custom cart link in the parameter of the module.

Hi

Hope this is the correct place to ask this question, and hopefully get a reply.

I am currently running Virtuemart 2.0.24 on Joomla 2.5.14. T3 framework and Joomlart template.

I have installed the Shoplicious Theme and the 'confirm checkout' button has disappeared from the cart. This was working perfectly prior to the installation of Shoplicious.

Obviously there is a problem somewhere here, can you advise as to where I may find it and how to solve it?

Many Thanks

Tom

PS The Shoplicious looks great.

I have sent two previous requests earlier this week via the contact form. I have yet to receive a response to either.

Your answer would be more useful here where people with the same problem can see a possible solution. May also save you having to answer the same question time again.

I have tried the link change posted to another user on here 'index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart&mwscart=1' This just crashes the site.

Please advise.

Hi Eugen

Amazing that you respond to support requests only after a refund has been requested.

I will be just happy with the refund that you have refused. You have wasted enough of our time on this already.

A few tips for you though, a 2 minute installation video does not constitute the 'Detailed Documentation' as stated on your website. Ignoring emails until after a refund has been requested does not constitute the 'Customer Support' as stated on your website.

Also, whilst you may be a good programmer, you need to trust me on this one ...... an ECommerce Store with 'NO Checkout Button' will NEVER catch on.

Many thanks if you do eventually decide to let us have our refund.

Well - a video which shows you the installation step by step an your screen is 100 times better than any text description...

After this installation the theme is running and does not need any more settings.

We always respond. Sorry that it took 2 days this time. This is our fault - yes.

Maybe I can get your attention here since I don't seem to be getting any replies to my support questions. Anyways, I have requested a refund for this template as per your website "money back guarantee". You have not provided any detailed documentation as your website implies and I need to  move on and get this website done. Since you have not answered support questions in regard to this I have uninstalled your template in preparation for another commercial one. I have deleted the folder under the template html that was uploaded and disabled the plugins. (the reverse of what I did to install the theme) I tried to uninstall the plugin but got the following error

Failed loading XML file
/home/maritime/public_html/administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "/home/maritime/public_html/administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_pkg_mowebsolibraryplugin.xml"
Package Uninstall: Missing manifest file

My default virtuemart template has not returned to the way it was before I uploaded your theme. No matter what  settings I change in Virtuemart configuration the page remains the same showing the categories in list view even though they are set to show 3 in a row.
What files still need to be deleted to return my template to normal. This is a mess and I have wasted enough time on it.

2) /plugins/system/mowebso
3) /libraries/mowebso

Our theme includes 3 different styles for the category view. Please open any category in your category list (backend) and check the layout which is set for this category. Set it to default if it's set to list.

I downloaded the Shoplicious theme to upgrade from you previous theme on my website and make my site responsive. However, some things have changed and I cannot find the place where I can change the flypage (now product detail page). I can edit each part seperatly (eg. title, short_description, etc.) but not change the order of these elements.

The main issue is that I want to move the short description under the rating instead of the top of the page where it is now. Can you tell me which file(s) determines the order of these elements?

I can edit each part seperatly (eg. title, short_description, etc.) but not change the order of these elements.

The main issue is that I want to move the short description under the rating instead of the top of the page where it is now. Can you tell me which file(s) determines the order of these elements?

The file you are searching is:

/templates/ your template /html/com_virtuemart/themes/default/productdetails/default_start.php

Another quick question, it concerns the pagination on the category page. I checked it over and over, but cannot find anything in page-links/default.css, nor in default_pagelinks.php, style.css or any other file. The problem is the spacing of the pagination is wrong (not there), this makes it almost impossible to click the right page number on a tablet.

Can you tell me where to look / what to change? I think the problem is caused because the pagination is not rendered as an UL but seperate links, but am not even sure of this.

Any help is much appreciated.

There should be no problem to run these extensions / templates together.

If you should have a conflict our support team will help you to solve it.

If we can't you get your money immediately.

Please add the following css code to your main css file.

For example paste it in this file:

Hello, I would like to change the function with the zoom (Magnifying Glasses) in the product page you use. I want to make it like the default, with the pop up effect when click in the image.

Please create a ticket on the extensions.virtuemart.net site and ask the VirtueMart team. They are responsible for this theme now.

Hello,

I installed VirtueMart while also using the Avenue theme by YooTheme.

On the product pages, the gallery has a problem - only the first gallery image displays, and clicking on the other images does nothing.
It also opens the main image in a new window when clicked - instead of a lightbox/magnifier.

Any solution for this? Example below.

Thanks

Please disable the jquery loading in the virtuemart configuration and in the mowebso system plugin as well because yootheme loads jquery anyway...

I am normally not one to complain, but since Virtuemart has taken over the Theme shoplicious, you will not get support. I have had a ticket in since the beginning of March about the buttons not working and I have thrown in the towel (I don't think they have the time to even take a look at it). And most likely due to contract issues, Eugen can't help you as he points out in this thread. I have asked for a refund and was told by Valerie that she was going to submit that to the person that is responsible for that and I haven't even gotten a response and that was 9 days ago!

I completely agree, No support at all, I have also created a ticket no response, send an e-mail no response. Just a simple question where to download the latest version for 2.6, no response. When will it be compatible with 2.6, no response etc etc .. This is very strange when you buy a commercial template and modules.

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to change the javascript zoom styling for this template.  I really like everything BUT the zoom.  I would like to have instead a type of zoom that shows the image larger off to the side of it in the product details page.  No motion with the mouse, just if you hover or click on the product details image, it pops up a larger view of the same image on the right side of the image.  Could you show me how to do this or send modified files?

Hello there,

the topic was opened for the virtuemart theme "shoplicious".

We sold our company and extensions to the company behind virtuemart.

We still love virtuemart and ecommerce. It was a huge mistake to sell our company.

That's why you don't get real support in this topic anymore because we are not allowed to anymore.

We want to build a new theme. The only theme you ever need.

We wrote down all the details and you can read them on our indiegogo compaign.

The problem is that Eugen sold us a template which was not updted for more than 6 months. So we had to update it and that took a month. As far as I know we answered all tickets and explained the situation.
