I´m having troubles with product description word or characters limit, I mean, I add a new product and in product description I insert a long text over 2000 words and when I save a product, it cuts me a text more or less in 1690 words and I need more because it´s a photo camera store and I need to inser caracteristics and technical information.

You can allow more characters to be stored in the database by changing dblayoutstrict - see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=101061.msg335055#msg335055

texts in product description disappeared and nothing further
I made a template on Joomla 1.5
and VirtueMart is version 2.0.6
Is wrong version of joomla 1.5 ? I do not understand where I'm wrong
