Hi guys, im not a noob user of virtuemart...but it has been a while since i´ve build my last online shop and i dont remember the roots of virtuemart.
The questions is simple:
How can i have a product with a piece of description hidden for non registered users.
1-The client wants a product cake
2-The registered user can download the recipie and the not registered cant. So simple has that.
Hope you can solve this mistery :) and help me with that.

Hi valbap maybe make a single product - clone it and then make one of then a group , the other non registered - "blank group"
thus your special group will actually see the same but different product - and in the long description add a URL link to your receipe.

thanks for your answer, but i guess that will be a mess uppon maintenance, no?.. Ill need to bake (haha, me made a joke too...) 2 versions of each product...
There should be a way to hide a url or a piece of text from unregistered users, no?I remember on old virtuemart, there was a download files possibility at the virtuemart backoffice store... that could be an answer... cause there was a way for registered (subscriptioned) users to download and have certain privileges with files..
Your gave me a possibility, if theres no better...
