I'm unsure if this would be the appropriate location for this question, however it's a start.
VM 1.1.9 J1.5.26 - We offer free shipping once the the sale reaches $55.00 using the standard VM settings for free shipping. We are currently using USPSv4 and would like to not allow international orders to get the free shipping until a higher $$ amount is met. I am unsure of where to start my search exactly and was wondering if anyone here might be able to either answer how to do this with a setting or another module/Component?
