Virtuemart 2.0.2 And joomla 2.5.2
I have paid for and had a tech instal the plug in for virtuemart

1.03 Was installed as we are assuming it's the latest version. Does anyone know if we have to install both versions. Heres the problem my tech is having - download the file and found readme with the manual, but in this step:
HOW TO USE IT
1. Go in VirtueMart administration, choose the menu Shop > Media Files.
2. Create a new media. Set the role to "for Sale". Set the "Image Action" to "Upload" and press save/store.
the point 2 is not possible because VM give errors about urls and names,
Is there some one that can point us in the right direction. Instructions are sparce and there is no support email.
