My boss put me in charge of figuring out this site.  I want to allow paypal payments, but the file says "/home/wanderlu/public_html/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/ps_paypal.cfg.php :: Unwriteable".
How can I get this store up and running??!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Files should be 644, Folders 755 for joomla

FTP to the file, and check the permissions
