I'm getting this error

/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php

The file is there and correctly located. The permissions are currently set to 755 but it doesn't make any difference changing it to 777.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Crispin

I have installed Artio eTicket and we have had a few problems.

When selecting the category from the shop home page the error occurs.

I have checked the set up as best I can and can't see any issues there, though I'm a comparatively new user to VM though not Joomla.

I don't know if it's related but the TCPDF function failed to find an image file for the VMeTickets.  Aagain the image file was present and correctly set permissions.

The rest of the website and it's functionality all work fine.

I have tried turning the Joomla built in SEF off but that didn't make any difference.

I just looked back at the convo, apologies I was not clear.

The error was can't find file /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php

But for whatever reasons the problem seems to have resolved itself.

Thanks for helping non the less
