Hi
I have spent two days trying to sort this one out and I am sure there is an easy way to do this but I don't know what it is.

On the product page I have got a jpg thumbnail working but when the customer clicks on the 'more info' link I want to show a video.  The lightbox appears but nothing loads.  Can anyone give me a clue how to do this please?

You can't run a video clip in lightbox, it needs to be shown via a Joomla plugin such as Allvideos.
