Adding more shipping options to shipping by price (shipvalue.php)?

I like idea to suggest shipping price by price of the products chosen, but i need to add more than 1 shipping rates to the price category can i do it somehow just 2 more fast shipping options, currently i use shipvalue.php module

is there something similar maybee but with more shipping options per price?
