FedEX Shipping not working at all...

I have enabled FedEx as a shipping option on my site.  Added the account number, meter number, and the test server URL in the proper area.

When you go through the checkout process, FedEx is checked by default, since it's the only means of shipping I am allowing.

The problem is, when you add a product to your cart, then go through the checkout process, with FedEX selected, there is no shipping charge added to the checkout total.  The only thing that gets added is tax, shipping cost is $0.00.

Any ideas?
