Cannot view cart when I access a Joomla article

Hi all,
I have a problem. When I read  a joomla article (for ex, Information about shipping..) I cannot display cart (wich has products). Someone knows what's wrong?
My url shows like: http://localhost/mysite/index.php/info-com.html#

No solving...same..when I'm in joomla content,cannot access cart..

Try turning off SEF. Have you actually made a main menu link to VirtueMart?
