Crumb-trail category & URL problem

HELP Please!!!

I recently released www.veterinaryproducts.net and have run into a major crumb-trail category & URL problem.

1. When you go to Online Pet Shop >> Dog Supplies >> and any 3rd level category the hierarchy adds "Pro Grooming Products" which should be just a 1st level category on its own. You can see this on the bread crumb trail and URL. This happens with all main categories including cats, horses, birds and pro grooming products

Current problem breadcrumb example:
Home >> Online Pet Shop >> Pro Grooming Products >> Dog Products >>
>> Accessories

Should be:
Home >> Online Pet Shop >> Dog Products >> Accessories

Current problem URL:
www.veterinaryproducts.net/online-pet-shop/pro-grooming-products/dog-products/accessories.html

URL should be:
www.veterinaryproducts.net/online-pet-shop/dog-products/accessories.html
