Hello,
I just installed the PayPal Pro US on my site.  My site is just for local customers only, therefore my previous developer removed the country field from register form and I saw he changed the code from the ps_checkout.php file to:

$q .= "INNER JOIN #__{vm}_country c ON (c.country_3_code = 'USA') ";

and I got this error at the checkout:

Error: Error - Paypal did not complete order - LONGMESSAGE=There's an error with this transaction. Please enter a country in the shipping address. - ERRORCODE=10731 -
Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_paypal_wpp)

Please help.  Thanks
