Maybe I didn't find it but: Does Virtuemart allow to specify countries for payment or shipping methods. Other shopping carts use something like geozones, where you can define countries for which payment or shipping methods will show up or not show up during the checkout process. Magento does it with another method where you can define conditions for every purpose.
So how can I make virtuemart show or not show payment or shipping methods for customers from specific countries? If a customer checks out, the first question is , if not registered, to enter personal information (name, address a.s.o.). So he creates an account before continuing the checkout. So we know the country, where the customer comes from. But VM does not allow to say: if a customer comes from country xyz, do not show xyz shipping method or xyz payment method. Some shipping or payment methods allow to enter country information but some do not so. Would it be (as an additional feature) nicer do define geozones as a global function to show or to hide something? The most other shopping cart solutions use something like that, but not Virtuemart. We can only define shopper groups, but there is no way to use that to specify countries.

i wanna offer the payment method "cash on delivery" only for one nationality.

I'm having the same problem as wdaf and gdanx - I want to offer COD only for people from my country. I think this is a very critical function for a shopping cart. Any plans to implement this, please? .

Maybe there is a hack for this, somewhere... I'll start digging...
