In the Shopping Cart module, clicking the forgot password link and providing an email address gets a token emailed. The problem is that entering the token gets  an "invalid token" error.

I've read other posts about this and am getting nowhere. Turned off Joomla SEF, have full "www" URLs on the Security tab, redirect everyone to "www" URLs, tried "/" on the Security tab.

I turned off the login form in the cart module and enabled the Joomla login module, but it sends invalid tokens, too. Even if this worked it wouldn't be ideal--people could register, then when they go to place an order it says they don't have an account and need to enter info. Ideally, people would enter billing and shipping addresses when they register.

What else can I try?

Thanks

Found this that worked for me.

http://docs.joomla.org/Confirm_password_in_1.5.16

The only quirk is that if the user enters the wrong username, the message still shows "invalid token".

Thanks

you're a god! works like a charm. I wish the user didn't have to enter their username since you can't recover that.
