Turn on debug in the virtuemart configuration options and see if it shows an error

Okay - I've got errors - but not sure what to do about them.  I'm between programmers.

Anybody got any suggestions?

it would help if you would post a link where we can see the error...

Hi,
I have got problem with my add to cart button. I searched the forum and insted of starting a new thread I am posting my problem here. First everything was working fine. Then I removed many countries from the coutry list to try to limit the buyers. Then the add to cart buuton stopped working. Then after seeing this forum
http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=72514.0
I set use Ajax to no. The button again started working.
Now the probelm is with the Cart link at the top right corner. I add few products and when I click my cart link, it shows that no product has been added.
I turned on debugging and these error messages appeared
Debug: calculating tax based on vendor address
and other messages like this.
So please suggest
The website is www.imunlocked.com

Hello to all.

I had the same problem yesterday with my 'add to cart' button not working in Firefox, Chrome and Explorer. I read on another thread that one solution was to ensure that my store's URL included the 'www'. I made this change in the admin configuration yesterday.

The 'add to cart' button still does not work and now I have a new problem. I can log into the Joomla backend and get to the Virtuemart control panel. But now none of the links in the control panel work. Regardless of what I click, I get 'could not access www.mysite.com'. The only change I made was to add the 'www' and now I cannot make any changes to Virtuemart.

I would appreciate any advice anyone can offer. I can supply the back-end log in details to anyone who would like to take a look.

Thanks in advance.

Tanja.
