vmproductsnapshot - stay on article when adding product to cart

Hi all, I am putting a site together and am using product snapshot, which works great as far as it goes, but I want to disable the function that takes the customer to their shopping cart each time they click the add to cart button,
I am trying to get it so that their cart is updated when they click the 'Add to Cart' button but keeps them on the current article allowing them to continue reading and adding more products to their cart as they go.
Hope someone can help with this, have read a couple of posts regarding this topic but with no resolution I've been able to find so far.

yep the 'Use Ajax to add, update or delete products from the cart?'option in VM Configuration/Site/Layout Configuration is set to yes.

I guess that some programming will be needed then, so that an AJAX update of the cart is made. You'll have to ask a programmer about that...

Ok thanks, will take a look at it next week and see what i can do, was just hoping it might have been a seeting somewhere that i had missed.
