Is there a way to save and show some additional user information, in addition to shipping address etc.?

I would like to store custom measured sizes (sleeve length, waist size, neck diameter, etc.) and have that show up in the user information and print view of the order. This information is important for my manufaturer. I would not like to store it as custom attributes for each product as I already have a lot of other custom attributes per product and the sizes are general for the order.

Can this be done?
