can I change headings or display order on paypal page?

Hi,
I am in the process of setting up paypal. Through the help of this forumn I have mostly got it working.
I still have a few issues that Im wondering if anyone can help me with.
I am using Joomla & virtuemart 1.0.15, I dont know what version of paypal, but only signed up last week.

Is there any way to change the text shown for total, tax and shipping?? and the order they appear in?? I would like this to match our website.

I would like to change:
"Item total" to "Subtotal"
"Shipping and handling" to "Postage"
and
"Sales tax" to "GST"
in this order.

ALSO
The adapted code I have used brings the order number from virtuemart to paypal, which is really handy.

Could someone help me with the placement of it?
At the moment it appears on every line before the product name, which looks messy.
I would like it to appear once at the top of the order - maybe bold??

Anyone have any ideas?
If someone can tell me how to post an image of what I want, I will.
