Hi,

does anyone have an example for and cvs file?

I've a hugh amount of products and I need to know how to prepare my import list.

Currently I've no access to VirtueMart. Working offline.

Any help is highly appreciate.

Examples would depend on how you have configured CSVimproved, which fields, delimiters etc. Best to read the docs on http://www.csvimproved.com

So, if I am understanding correctly, there is no "standard" format, everything depends on my definition on fields, etc.

So, I am stocked. Until my IT guy comes back from holiday ....  Angry

What about the standard example what comes with the product? I only have very standrad requirements. Where can I download this. I need to speed up in time. Therefore it's urgend that I can prepare at least 5 - 10 products for the upload.

Do you have CSV improved?

Yes, I downloaded it. But there is no example CSV file.

I also tried to download the manual. Well ... I had no chance to download it.

OK I have attached a file using the standard (default) product fields from one of my test sites. You should open it in OpenOffice.org Calc using ^ as the field delimiter and ~ as the text delimiter.
