Hi,
I have noticed that I am missing pagination in the Admin/List Countries. As I have limited number of countries it does not bother me, but if I list the States under each country some countries are populated with loads of states thus I am not able to browse further in the list of states as the limit shown per page is only 20.
How can I add the pagination to this list of countries and states?
