2checkout fees

I want to use 2checkout as a payment system.
And i have some questions about the 2checkout fees.
AS i see its fees are
There is a one-time set-up fee of $49.
2CO applies a 5.5% commission on each transaction, plus a $0.45 charge per transaction.
and the payment comes with check but they also offer a 2co MasterCard which I guess can be used as a usual MasterCard

I want to know if there is any hidden fee accept all mentioned

This seems to be the fees that they operate with. But if there are any other hidden fees I can't tell you as I think their management/overview interface sucks a goats nuts.

Regarding the payments to you I can say that I'm being transfered my money directly to my credit card when I hit $300 which is the minimum amount you can configure.
