Add delivery date & time at checkout process

Great hack! It really helps me a lot!

But I've got another question. I'm not the only one with this problem, but there was no solution yet. Is it possible to hide the current day and the next 3 days in the calender. Because I can't deliver within 3 days..

Hope someone can help me.
