Virtuemart Custom Template Design + Coding + Installation

Hi there,

We plan to launch our store fully in late October selling apparels and other clothing accessories. We have already engaged with SiteGround for our hosting as we are very sure Virtuemart is the platform we are going to be using.

Here are some initial rough estimate of data and info which hopefully will assist you or your company in providing us with a more comprehensive quote:

Look and Feel - Classy, Exclusive & Elegant (flash can be used but not as a gateway page or intro page)
Total Products @ Launch - 60 to 80 (new products will be added on a weekly basis as some of our products are unique items (only 1 available)
Total Categories @ Launch - 5-7 (we would perhaps need 2-3 more in the near future)
Total Sub-Categories @ Launch - perhaps just 1 or 2 for the clothing category

Target Market - WorldWide (more towards North America and Europe)

Special Needs:
1] We plan to do monthly or bi-weekly promotions - this can either be done via a special addon which will highlight the promo on the mainpage or a category on its own. We shall leave it to your team to decide the best course of action.
2] All categories will be under one specific brand and we would like to have the option to add other brands (up to 4 more) - this can be done by using tabs at the top navigation where each tabs will represent each brand and each brand will have their own categories and subcategories structure (preferably located on the left navigation). Again your suggestions are greatly appreciated if your team feels there is a better way around this.
3] One of our promotional drive will be done via Ebay (only 1 product at a time) and would like to embed the auction to be seen on the mainpage (or in the future each brand's mainpage).
4] Shopping Cart should have the option of entering limited units and when purchases are made the remaining units will be updated accordingly and once all units are sold, it would display "Sold Out" all over the category, sub-category and product page.
5] Product Image - Each product will contain 2-4 images
6] Design - Logo + 4 Banners + other cosmetic images for the store
7] Language Translation - preferably 3-6 major european languages + English of course

In regards to customization and extensions.. this is something totally new to us as a company, perhaps your team can advice us on what is useful which will make shopping at our store a better experience. Finally, yes we would appreciate assistance on uploading and testing the new designed template.
