Paypal error

I'm running in following error:

"During a paypal transaction on your site the received amount didn't match the order total.
                   Order ID: 7.
                   Order Number: 4831e8bbba324cf1c9f2c97105c1d747.
                   The amount received was: 119.00 USD.
                   It should be: 124.00 USD."

What does that mean?

Running VM 1.0.15
