Not all UPS shipping options show up.

OK - still pretty new to VM. I setup the UPS module, got my account, access key, etc. I made sure my product had weight....when I go through the purchase process, I get options for 2nd day air, and next day air, but not ground or any of the other selections in the UPS configuration.

Where is the ups.php file located? Do I need to add code to it?

Well, I configured the USPS module and its working....the UPS module shows "2nd day air" and "Next day air", but will not show ground.....

This is frustraiting - any ideas?

Joomla V 1.0.15
Virtuemart V 1.0.14

I checked the following:

global region
account info
product weight
address
access key

I still can't get ground as an option.

I have this same problem; we have all UPS options enabled, but Ground never shows up.  The only options that appear when shopping are 2nd day air, next day air
saver, next day air early am, and next day air.

Does anyone have any idea why Ground won't appear?  Thanks.

im also having this issue if u can figure out if its a php problem the files r here
administrator\components\com_virtuemart\classes\shipping
and theres 3 files
ups.php, usps.cfg.php, usps.INI
would be great if someone can figure this being that my php is pretty poor
