When I get to step 2 out of 4 on the checkout [selecting a shipping method] the page is completely blank. This has never happened before. The URL remains www.mysite.com/index.php.

Any ideas what's going on?

Could this be causing the problem? I recently upgraded the site to 1.5. That is normally a SSL certificate on the site in question, my hosting company removed it for the time being whilst I delete the files and replace them with 1.5, the SSL certificate has not been put back on yet, could this be why I'm getting a blank page when going to step two in the checkout? The reason I say this is because the checkout is marked as being used by the secure URL. I have changed the settings but it doesn't make a difference, still the blank page. I have contacted my hosting company and have asked them to put the SSL certificate back on the website.

I have the same issue - delivery method blank, delivery tariff blank. I have no https issues (no need to: we only do COD). Joomla 1.5.10, VM 1.1.3.

It's a pity that your message has not been answered by anyone for 10 days... Anybody?

I resolved this problem by disabling a theme I had devoted to the front page of my site.

I found a solution.

In the Mynxx Template settings, the option to show the frontpage content must be enabled (show).

Please elaborate how to do this.

Thanks!
