Although I am not 100% sure that this is not already a function within 1.1 I will ask the question.

Does this exist already in 1.1 or is there an add-on that does this?

I am looking for something that will automatically send an email to a user as a reminder to order.

something like this... " We noticed that it has been x number of (days, weeks) since your last order of (List previous order)

We value your business Blah blah blah...."

Maybe include a discount code in the email to increase the re-order rate.


Is there a way to do this built in or is there an add on?

Nothing of sort in VM but you could setup a newsletter and send out info to customers.

That really sounds as spam... Just send a good newsletter and if they like your stuff they will buy. I agree with aravot.
