Hello -

On June 7th, I upgraded a copy of VM 1.1 on Joomla 1.5.2 to the latest nightly build, updated on June 6th. I did this to solve the problem of not seeing the discount for shopper classes. That problem is now solved.

The system looks stable, with one exception.

I have multiple User fields on the registration form. Each of these fields has information that used to popup on Mouseover of the 'i' icon.

However, after the installation of this latest nightly build that is not happening. Obviously, I introduced a problem. I could go back to the stable file (I suppose) for this function, but I don't know what controls it, or if that is the real issue.

Okay -

I checked this file htmlTools.class.php

with the file from the stable release and found substantial coding differences in the  Utility function to provide ToolTips area.

Since the tooltips worked prior to loading the latest version of the file, it seemed a safe bet that this was the source of the problem.

Sure enough, I deleted the nightly build version of this script and uploaded a copy of the file from the stable download, and presto - the tooltips now work.

Why was this code changed in the nightly build? Is it defective in a way I don't know about? Should I keep the old file, or do I really need to upload the new file and maybe only change that one section?
