Hi

i'm in charge of a french e-commerce website which works with  foreign countries.
I wanted to know if imust display the price with taxes included or if i can show the tax only on the
order.
If i must show the full price in the catalog , how can i manage the dynamic tax rate in mambo for the country which do not pay the TVA ?
