Hi,

In your demo happens two things:
[ol]
[li]1. if I login at the front page I'm not automaticaly logged at the store. Is this normal? If it, is it shouldn't be. It will cause confusion to the regular site visitor Wink[/li]
[li]2. When checking out, and moving to step 2, \"basket\" is emptied and login data is lost[/li]
[/ol]
This happens both with Mozilla Firebird and Konqueror. Linux tested only Smiley

Image attached because is bigger than 499 px.

Thanks in advance for the attention

Best,

B) Lopo

Hello,

I tried logging into my demoshop and I was logged out after refresh. I logged in again and was logged out again without having pressed \"log out\".
Same thing on
* FireFox
* Opera
* Internet Explorer.

btw: Shop login and Mambo login are the same!

THIS is a Mambo issue with my Demoshop. Your error message (your image!) comes from being logged out while checking out!

I think I'll have to investigate further. For now I can't check out on my own DemoShop :mad:

Anyone else having this issue or knowing a solution?

ciao, soeren

I saw some info at a forum about issues with sessions and a recent version of PHP. I don't know now what topic or forum was it. Sorry!

Yes I have experienced the same problem!

Only seems to happen on the first login. After re-login its fine.

HAve tested by deleting cookies returning to the shop fresh and error happens again.

Suggests sessions.
Sorry have limited Knowledge with php but keen to help find a fix.

Looking forward to solving.

Hi

I experienced the problem with version 1.2 in mambo 4.5.1. Have now installed version 1.2preRC and is working fine.
