I deal with a drop shipper who charges me a fee based on total cost (see chart below).

Up to $25.00  - $3.50
$25.01- $40.00- $4.00
$40.00- $75.00- $5.00
$75.00 +      - $3.00

Is there a way for Virtuemart to charge a fee based on total? Similar to sales tax, I guess, but one that the customer wouldn't see; it would be included in "handling".
