Cry Cry I'm pulling my hairs out here... Allready trying all day to adjust the language in Virtuemart to Dutch. Read all possible forums on this topic, tried everthing, but nothing changes. The language stays English. In the Joomla Global configuration the Local language is set to Dutch, the country_local is nl_NL, so that's working fine. It's just not working in Virtuemart.

I installed the Virtuemart Language Manager, but English is the only one in the list and when I want to edit it or add a new one I keep getting this error:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_all() in /customers/queenb.be/queenb.be/httpd.www/administrator/components/com_martlanguages/admin.martlanguages.php on line 377"
HELP? Anyone?

Upload the dutch language file with the joomlaXplorer please. Obviously you don't have access by ftp to the languages directory!

Hi.  I have a similar problem.
When I upload the language file (japanese) manually in virtuemart/language folder, it sort of works, but everytime I try to change the translation in Language manager, it gives me WARNING message:
Warning: Unexpected character in input: '\' (ASCII=92) state=1 in C:\Apache2\htdocs\Joomla\administrator\components\com_martlanguages\admin.martlanguages.php on line 377
Can someone help me out with this?

I had the same problem , but solved it halve way got first permission errors nobody was able to help me on this forum. i had to get the dutch language on this , so i did go to the component language folder and renamed the english.php to english1.php ust as an backup if everything goes wrong.

then i uploaded the dutch.php file to the directory and renamed it to english.php . then everything was in dutch the only problem i facing now is 3 small wierd characters on the first page.

Be aware that everything will be in dutch also the administration of virtuemart.

try it but keep the english.php file as an backup and maybe then we can search together to get the wierd characters out of there.
