I consider sh404SEF one of the easiest SEF software. However I can not use it with Thai Character website with virtuemart. It keeps getting 404 error.

If anybody know how to use it with non Lain character website will be very appreciated.

I got similar multipage problem. Only first page and the next page I choose is showed (exemple page 1 and 3). Can only see page 1 and 3 even if I click page 2 I still get page 3. with the below patch alle page can be showed although with a "ugly" URL. Hope this will be soved with next release of sh404.

I'm using:
joomla 1.0.15
vm 1.1.0 stable
shs404sef Version_1.3.4 - build_288 -

BTW the plugin file "com_virtuemart.php" can be find in: /components/com_sef/sef_ext/

Shumisha, the developer of sh404 helped a lot to solve this problem by suggesting to deleting the following lines in the sh404-VM-plugin:

shRemoveFromGETVarsList('limit');
shRemoveFromGETVarsList('limitstart');

This will disable the URL translation of the pagination and result in URL's like this (please have a look at it): meinpiercing.de/intimpiercings.html
It is not nice but it works and that's essential. Thank you, Shumisha!
BTW, it's a Joomla 1.0.15 and the latest nightly build of the VM 1.1

Thanks for that, it's got my site working again. I thought I'd covered all the bases by updating a test site before updating the live site and then found this. Hope the ugly url's aren't hurting our SE ratings.

I downloaded the latest versions from Joomla/Virtuemart and sh404SEF but getting 404 page not found messages when browsing my virtuemart site. Also removing the limit lines did not help.

Any suggestions?
