I used cart2cart, service is reasonably priced and the process is clear and simple. The only information you have to provide is source shopping cart type, target shopping cart type, quantity of entities you have selected to transfer.

Another "Yes" for cart2cart. Really nice shopping cart migration service, haven't run into other analogues on the web.
