Hello,

Please make it possible to insert extra fields to the product page.
Now i need to copy pase several standard line into the discription field.
But for every product this is standard. So i would like to add them in a standard form.
The discription filed i would realy like to use for discription only.

Please help me :-)

UPDATE:!!

I found a way to create fields in the ADMIN section (Changed the template) and my extra fields (6) are updated in SQL.
When i go to the admin section again it wil also show the fields (filled) in the product TAB.
So that is working.
But how can i show up these fields in the front end? I'm not getting the information out of the databse on to my screen.
I filled in the {product_custom_field_1} in the flypage. and it will show up as text: {product_custom_field_1} and not the value of the table.

Hi - i also tried this - have you since had any success in working it out?

I am getting desperate for custom fields in the product information and to show that in the product details on the front page!!

Well, it is not that easy, but you are doing good so far.

You will have to parse the info with a query to the database.

I believe it is in the classes folder and it is ps_product.php

You will have to have it also grab your new fields when it quaries the DB for product info.

But doing good so far.
